*What is Nagamimi-yozaru?
In summer 2000, when Bogdan has been in Japan, he saw Nagamimi-harinezumi (a long-eared hedgehog) and Yozaru (a nocturnal monkey) at a pet shop in Koenji,Tokyo, he was deeply impressed by them.
Then he combined yozaru with hedgehog's ears, painted a imaginary animal. That is Nagamimi-yozaru, which means a long-eared nocturnal monkey.
After that he painted "Mimikoku",the land ruled by a long-eared hedgehog.
The picture appeared in the inner sleeve of Japanese band Fuchigami to Funato's CD "Happy Set". His another picture "My dream" is in its front sleeve. "Mimikoku kokka"(the national anthem of the long-eared land) whose words and music by FUCHIGAMI Junko was recorded in CD "JAPANESE GIRLS 2003 WEST"(CXCA-1139).
